Wings for Children is a state-wide child advocacy organization that monitors
agencies charged with helping children and tries to bring about changes for
better services for children who are abused, abandoned or stolen. Wings is
supported by it's founder and private donations. The agency works to see

Catholic Charities of Maine has dedicated itself to creating, administering
and advocating for programs and services that reach out and meet the critical

Baldacci's first Inaugural proposal. The Governor's goal was to create a system
