TREASURERS REPORT: Current Funds Available: $409.26 Donations in kind total value being recorded. Remind members to get info to Pam for year totals and track for 2005. GRANT REQUEST: $500 approved for Shiretown Livery facility improvements to indoor arena. Monies attained from AHPA's open house and WalMart grant.

NEWSLETTER: The Leg Up will be edited by AHPA for March. Please have articles in by March 21. TRADE SHOW: April 23-24 in Madawaska , September for Houlton. Fees for table approved. YARD SALE: 2 day yard sale at Caribou in May. Money from sale to go to trainer education fees. Please contact Don or Pam with sale items. Also let anyone on Board know if there is going to be a community yard sale in your area that M&T could set up a table at.

MEMBERSHIP: Members at meetings has declined. Considering a Bar BQ in August to reacquaint and reintroduce M&T.

WEB MASTER: Brian Amero has offered to take over the updating of M&T web site. Pam has done a great job with this but welcomes Brian's offer to be our new Web Master.

NORTHERN MAINE TRAILBLAZERSS: Kim Cheney has offered to post notices, events, etc. for M&T on NMT web site. Thanks Kim!

AROOSTOOK HORSE AND PONY ASSOCIATES: AHPA is helping with Kevin Crane's Natural Horsemanship Clinic May 14-15 at Shiretown Livery in Houlton. Also planning to have Gene Ovnicek do a Natural Balance Foot Care Workshop in June.
